Any work we do, an emergency asphalt fill and roll, even the coldest day or oddest of hour, can be completed to create safer conditions, and as part of our continued service, given a longer lasting, quality seamless finish that other companies simply cannot.
Our concrete division with our own concrete producing trucks allows us to repair or replace damaged or dangerous slabs in a minutes notice, even on nights and weekends in an effort to not disrupt business.

So, Who is HOLES Infrastructure Solutions?
HOLES Solutions is owned by Steve Rich and work is completed by a team of employees, some who have been working with Steve since he started on his own again in 1996. Yes, 19 years ago.
Prior to HOLES and his other companies, Steve Rich Environmental Contractors and Opus abatement, Steve owned Park Ridge Landscaping in his college years (1981) and beyond. PRL was sold in 1987 so he could spearhead New Jersey’s third licensed wood recycler in Paterson NJ with a family member. The company was sold 3 years later as part of a roll up by other recycling companies. From 1991 to 1995, Steve was the Senior Operations manager at Castle Environmental before being sold. All those years of dealing with private and public entities created the foundation for the incorporation of Steve Rich Environmental Contractors and soon later, HOLES.
Since 1968, Steve has lived, been educated, and operated his business within a few miles from the Garden State Parkway, How local is that? What exits you ask?
144 : Seton Hall University, first college classes, and close to Newark where HOLES patched Broad St. and the other surrounding streets of the Prudential Center and NJ Devils during construction.
145 : RT 280, goes west towards the NY Jets training facility in Florham Park. SREC provided the initial test holes and geophysics for the buildings. HOLES was there to immediately repair and patch the same day. Some say if it wasn’t for HOLES, Joe Namath’s knees might be worse!
153A : Rt 3 Clifton where the business is based, Fantastic proximity to every highway and within minutes of all our customers.
159 : Short rides to Paterson where the recycling company operated and Wood Ridge where Steve’s companies were based after 2002.
160 : Exit to Rte. 208 and Franklin Lakes where the original office was located from 1997 to 2002.
161, Rte. 46 : gateway to the George Washington bridge and on the other side, Yankee Stadium. While a fan of the Yankees, HOLES and SREC were onsite during the demolition of the old stadium, performing environmental work and patching access roads and sidewalks keeping the work areas safe. There are Pictures of Derek Jeter walking on areas where HOLES worked. Now that is greatness.
160, Paramus : Steve can’t think of a city where more parking lots, retail, and corporate are calling to keep their areas well maintained for employees and shoppers. (Where Steve’s fiancé of course loves to shop)
165 Oradell, Ridgewood : Did you know HOLES is the only company that is certified to do concrete sidewalks for the DPW in Oradell, where trees lift sidewalks. Ridgewood, a magnificent town where since he repaired his first sidewalk in 1981, and still there working monthly.
