We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Equipment Operator / Foreman / Supervisor. The successful candidate must be a team player with a good client-service work approach. He/she must also possess:

• Ability to read Blue prints
• Ability to plan and schedule
• Understanding of drainage and grades
• A valid Driver’s License (at time of appointment)
• A valid Commercial Driver’s License Class “A” (within six months of appointment)
• Ability to work safely, enforce safety rules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Above average analytical, organizational, planning and time management skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding work


Responsibilities include (commercial and residential):

• Supervise and set up concrete pours.
• Help finish concrete
• Knowledge of sidewalks and curbs repair and installation
• Supervise and run equipment for removal of asphalt, concrete and old utilities.
• Ability to run numerous projects
• Ability to work with sub contractors.
• Must lead by example.

• Working with heavy equipment (loaders, track hoes, etc.) and dump trucks (including roll-off,)
• Performing manual labor
• Knowledge of utilities and infrastructure.
• Working with concrete or asphalt crews
• Writing and editing daily work sheets
• Interacting with city, state supervisors, engineers etc.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (dependent upon experience)

The qualified person over the course of each year will perform all tasks associated with an environmental business. The goal is to have this person become a lead supervisor or manager, but in between projects or on difficult projects, there could be times for candidate to operate and/or lead by example on the job sites.

The main aspect of this job will be to lead and communicate! Communicate with staff, communicate with clients, and communicate with consultants.
